Terms of Service

The deal

RunRaceTrace is a small companion service for the RunXC RaceTrace iOS app — a race timing tool for high-school cross-country and track coaches. By signing in, you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You're responsible for activity under your sign-in.
• You agree not to use the service to harass, defame, or harm others, or to violate any law.
• You agree not to attempt to disrupt, abuse, or reverse-engineer the service.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Your data

• You own the coaching data you enter — rosters, results, workouts, notes.
• You grant us a limited license to store and process that data solely to deliver the service to you.
• You can delete your account and data at any time (see Privacy Policy).

Service availability

RunRaceTrace is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We try to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service or that data won't be lost due to hardware failure, bugs, or accidents. Keep your own copies of important data.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid for the service in the past 12 months (currently zero, since the service is free). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged on the dashboard or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
